2. Data we process
Account data (name, email, authentication credentials), organisation content (meetings, transcripts, recordings, board papers, votes, minutes), and technical data (IP address, device, usage logs).
3. How we use data
To provide the service, generate AI-assisted summaries and minutes, secure accounts (including two-step verification), and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Each organisation configures retention for recordings, transcripts, chat and board papers. Audit events are kept for at least one year. When an organisation is deleted, all data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period and a certificate of deletion is issued.
5. Your rights
You can download your data and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes personal data and anonymises board records (such as votes and minutes) to "Former member". [DSAR CONTACT — placeholder].
